The Small Talk ...

On the left side of this page, you can see why I am a believer that life can be extraordinary and I believe it is created. It just doesn't happen.

In this column, I will share some details about how I got to now...

Born and raised in the New York City suburbs. Graduated Penn State in 1987 with a B.S. Finance. Started a 14 year New York City corporate career as an accountant that quickly changed to technology. Fast tracked with major financial companies, a mid-size consulting firm and eventually a non-profit organization from PC technician all the way up to head of technology and designer of corporate networks.

Left New York in 2001... 40 days before 9/11. That was a day full of meaning for me as the Twin Towers were my favorite place in New York. Frequently visited the towers to take pictures from the top. Had my high school prom atop the towers. Celebrated one New Years Eve dining atop the towers and started my 14 years of corporate life on the 97th floor of 1 WTC.

Spring 2001 was the tipping point (see my recommended reading list). I chose to leave New York for the destination I truly picked following the first bombing of the WTC in 1993. I chose to create the extraordinary life and chose to do it in Denver, Colorado. Living in the Denver suburbs, it was in March 2002 that I made a decision... a huge decision... to give up corporate life and pursue only that which I loved to do. I chose to pursue paths that were congruent with my personal values and beliefs.

Fast forward to 2008. For the past 6 years I have pursued a path that has blessed me with the talents and heart to be an effective life coach and business consultant today. My big break came when I turned to Tony Robbins' programs in early 2002 as a source of taking massive change towards what Tony says, "Make your life a masterpiece." It has been in his environment that I have experienced massive growth and where I met the people that have truly mentored me to be the great coach and consultant that I am today. It was in mid-2003 that I started working his U.S. events, having only missed 1 of his live flagship events since that time. Between these events (U.S. and abroad), his newer digital events and his trademark university events, I have had the great honor in various capacities to be part of the transformation of more than 50,000 amazing souls.

Many would say the talents discussed above existed all the way back in first grade and were very much present throughout my teens. An extraordinary life has come full circle. Today the focus is on outcomes that truly serve at the highest level.
